Spacemind

Let’s scope your MVP.

Eight minutes of your time gets you our considered view on build duration and investment. Rough answers are fine, and “not sure” is always a valid answer. Our senior team fills the gaps, that’s what we’re for.

  • ~8 minutes
  • Only the essentials, the rest we cover together
  • Design, engineering, hosting & support, handled end-to-end
Phase 01

Who are we talking to?

Just enough to get back to you.

Phase 02

The idea

Plain language beats pitch decks. Pretend you’re explaining it to a smart friend.

Who feels the pain today, and what do they do about it right now (spreadsheets, phone calls, a competitor)?
e.g. “20 clinics onboarded in 3 months”, “replaces our manual process”.
Phase 03

MVP scope

This is the section that shapes our proposal most. A strong MVP is focused, but built to a standard that carries you well past launch.

Step by step, what does a typical user do from arriving to getting value? e.g. “1. Patient opens link → 2. picks a clinic and time slot → 3. gets a confirmation email → 4. clinic sees it on their dashboard.” This tells our team more than any feature list.
01
02
03
One feature per line. “Users can…” phrasing works well. Aim for 3–7.
01
02
Things you want eventually but could launch without. Naming these keeps the MVP focused.
Anything you’ve already decided NOT to build. Clear boundaries make for a sharper proposal.
Phase 04

Users & platforms

e.g. “Patients, clinic staff, and one admin role.” Each role usually means extra screens and permissions.
e.g. “Staff can only see their own clinic’s bookings; admins see everything.”
Phase 05

Technical context

Skip anything you don’t know. “Not sure” is a perfectly good answer we’ll figure out together. Hosting, infrastructure and DevOps are all part of our service, so there’s nothing to arrange on your side.

AI features

Accounts & payments

Data & integrations

e.g. Stripe, HubSpot, an internal ERP, a government API. Note whether each has a documented API and whether you already have an account.
e.g. “3 years of customer records in Excel”, “a MySQL database from the old system”, or “starting fresh”.

Existing work

Language/framework, roughly how old, is there documentation, can we get repo access, who built it.
A spec document, user research, a domain. Paste links if you have them.
Phase 06

Investment & timeline

We work with a high calibre team and take on a limited number of builds per quarter. An indication of your planned investment lets us design an engagement that matches your ambition. Our proposals are scoped to outcomes, not hours.

A funding round, trade show, contract, season: hard deadlines change how we plan.
We run, monitor and maintain what we build. Hosting, updates and support included.

Brief review · Senior team

Read by the people who will build it.

A tailored proposal covering scope, timeline and investment, within two working days. Then a conversation to complete the picture together.
